This is my 365 blog following my progress on The Public Humiliation Diet. Everyday, I will post my weight, maybe post about the things i've eaten, and blog about the good and bad feelings through the struggle. Hopefully it will help inspire others, but mainly, i'm just looking for a place to publicly broadcast my progress.

I was at 350 when I weighed myself this morning. I guess I haven’t done as well the last couple days if 5lbs crept back! I walked and did my crunch routine yesterday, so that’s good. I’m adding more crunches and walking further on my walks this week in hopes of it helping. My eating hasn’t been out of control, but it seems i’ll eat well for 2 meals and eat a little more than intended for that 3rd one, or end up having a late snack. Both of those are things I really need to not make a habit again.

oh god. lol I didn’t know THE OFFICIAL DODGERS FACEBOOK PAGE would post the picture of me and my girlfriend with the Dos Equis “Most Interesting Man In the World” on their facebook page. lol there were like 8 other people and our pic was the only one posted.

Still can’t believe this was posted on the Dodger facebook. It’s a little unsettling when a picture of me gets publicly posted unexpectedly. Thankfully, most of the comments are complimentary towards my shirt. A couple rude comments, but what fucking ever, right?
I’m just gonna go with the actual date since i’ve lost track of days. I know it’s almost been 3 weeks.
After indulging myself on Friday at Cheesecake Factory on a dinner date with my girlfriend and not having a chance to workout yesterday, i’m honestly surprised I lost weight. I was actually ready to see a little more weight tacked in.
This and the support on here reaffirms my dedication to this!
I’m still struggling to get a grasp on some consistency with my new way of life. I mean on one hand, i’m still ultra conscious about everything I eat, but i’ve allowed myself to break from it too often lately. On top of that, I still can’t stay consistent with my workouts. I’ve avoided weighing myself today since I don’t think i’ve done a good job lately and I guess I don’t want to face the truth. I gained a few pounds Friday and it’s just messed with my head and motivation.
I know i’m not giving up and i’m going to keep working at this, because the days I do make progress feel like the best days ever. The other days, not so much.
I guess since I can remember, i’ll post my meals from yesterday:
Breakfast:
-Small bowl of oatmeal
-poached egg
Lunch:
-Turkey and avocado on flatbread from Subway
Dinner:
-Filipino menudo (comprised of ground beef, potatoes, and bell pepper)
Snack:
-Small bowl of macaroni salad.
I managed to resist the urge to eat anything at the game. I got a little hungry around 11pm though so I helped myself to a very small bowl of macaroni salad that was in the fridge. I really shouldn’t be eating that late. I’m not set to go to another Dodger game for this month as of this point, so hopefully no more late snacking.
I weighed myself this morning and was about the same as yesterday, so that’s good. Looking forward to getting back on my usual after-work walks today.
It’s off to another Dodger game tonight. With back to back Dodger games 2 weeks in a row, my choices haven’t been great, but i’ve still tried to be smart and it hasn’t thrown me off too much. I mean I had a Dodger Dog and picked off some chili fries and still lost weight today. Even though a Dodger dog with bun is probably no more than 300-400 calories (I know the dog itself is 240cal), I’d like to stray away from having one and i’d also like to save money! :D lol
Lunch is rolling around soon though and all I ate this morning was 1 poached egg. I can’t decide weather to have a “heavier” lunch (i.e. a footlong low fat sub from subway, under 500cal) then maybe get a small salad after the game, or I can have a normal lunch (Subway veggie flatbread for 260cal) and indulge in a Dodger dog again tonight.
ARGH! I hate these decisions. I know i’m getting hungry though.

I’ve slacked on updates! My bad. Don’t take this as a sign that i’ve been slacking or giving up though. I mean it was still a back and forth struggling for a few days, but I think i’m getting more and more use to this. Over the weekend, I lost 5lbs and kept them off (so i’m assuming it’s not just water weight). Today, was another 2 pounds lighters. 348 now! That means i’ve lost 10 pounds in about 2 weeks. I’m really happy with how this is going. I can feel a difference and people are telling me they can see a difference.
I’ll try to get back on with the updates. The laptop’s been out of commission lately. More to come though!
